ver 3.0.3.9

While trying to add a new product in the OPTIONS section the available options do not show, even if I put the the first letter or the whole option name. still they do not drop down.

This was working fine up untill now, any ideas please ?

I have tried 4 different browsers, cleared cache, and every day for a few days.

Since this is ajax/js driven, Use browser developer tools, network tab.
1) put cursor in options field
2) see the response, if any, on your right.

this is probably an ajax call or js error.

So what's in your network tab? With what responses?

Again your screenshots are insufficient. You need to list the Ajax requests triggered by typing in the first few letters of an option name. It should show calls to catalog/option/autocomplete.

Could be a change at your web host like ModSecurity. Ask them to disable it and test.
