Extension and theme for new website to sell custom stickers/labels

Looking at setting up a new website which sells custom labels so was wondering if anyone here has used any extensions and or themes where the customer can choose the size and type of label and upload their image.

Btw: with OpenCart you can define custom uploads per each product since OC 2.x

This will be a new install so can go with any version 3 or 4 and can change the php version of my server . I am having a bit of a play with version 4 and can get some things going which I want but would prefer drop down boxes similar to this site
