My email provider has just started to use Mailchannels and now my store generated emails are being blocked as spam. They are being given a negative spamassassin score due to "base64 encoded email part uses line length greater than 79 characters". Is there any way I can fix? Has anyone else seen this issue? Thanks, Matt.

It would be helpful to post your OpenCart version, PHP version and mail settings. I believe this should be fixed in 3.0.3.9.

Is it shared hosting?

Sorry! More details:

Version 3.0.3.8
PHP: 7.4
Shared hosting

I will upgrade to 3.0.3.9 and see if that solves it.

Thanks,

Matt

Shared hosting
Probably other users on the same server spamming.

Contact your web host.

Make sure your emails are being sent using SMTP protocol, not PHP Mail and make sure you have valid DKIM and SPF records configured. Since you're on a shared server, if you're still having issues after this, you may want to consider a dedicated IP address to further isolate yourself from other spammy users who are likely contributing to the issue(s).
