I have a problem I can't seem to solve. First what happened before the problem: My hosting company made a huge mistake when movinf a domain of us. He deleted a database. Because my store is kind of a hobby and I don't get daily orders anymore I noticed this failure after a couple of days when the daily backups that are made already had overwritten the database that was lost.
They only had a database of my store form about 2 years agao... well it was something... I didn't add that many products after that date so.... I only lost a few products....
I have the store up and running again but I have a problem in the admin in the extensions area. When I want to go to Extension, Modules (or payment/delivery etc) I get a blanc area and I can't scroll down. I can't adjust modules that are below. Because I can't scroll.
I looked into the developers area in Chrome and I have found an error on that particular spot. But I can't seem to fix it, I have no idea where it is pointing to because that folder or file doesn't exist. And never has...
So does anyone have an idea what is happening here? I will attach a screenshot of the problem.
Please can someone help me solve this problem? I am so desperated at the moment, first the database that was simply deleted by some idiot and now this... I just want to get my store up and running again and add the products that are lost...
