May I know what happen to my Open cart and how to solve it. Please see my attachment.

Even before upgrade the alignment seems to be all gone.
When I upgrade to version 3.0.3.9,
after upload ALL new files on top of current install EXCEPT config.php and admin/config.php,
and browse to install, there is no "UPGRADE" button to click. The "Continue" button is not clickable.

Any help are highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Possibly your .htaccess, config.php or admin/config.php files' configuration. Also, from which OC version are you upgrading from? If you'd like to inspect this issue as a custom job, you can always create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum or contact me directly via the forum PM.

I was upgrading from opencart-2.1.0.1 to opencart-3.0.3.9.
I tried to change the .htaccess, but same outcome.
Anyway, thanks for your suggestion.

Don't use OpenCart's built-in upgrade, it almost always fails. Instead do a fresh install of 3.0.3.9, and check all your extensions and themes, one by one, to make sure they all support the new OpenCart.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig

It could be a browser cache issue or even though you say you uploaded all files, they may not have properly uploaded.
