[SOLVED] Admin dashboard top menu out of stock/order alert not in 3.0.3.9?

I have moved to 3.0.3.9 from the old 2.2.0.0, and unlike the 2.2 version, the admin dashboard stock/order is not on the top menu. How do I find out if the product is out of stock? I'm just surprised this feature was taken away from Opencart 3.

Also, is there a way to have new order mail that is the same as customers' order mail? (More detailed like customer's)
