Hi,

I am facing high resource usage issue on A2 Hosting (shared) from last couple of days. But we have not done any significant change on our site.

They are telling it is your website issue not the server issue. Please guide how to resolve this issue.

Thanks

Your problem description is so vague nobody will be able to help you here, unless you can provide some more details, see forum rules.

Out site is hosted on shared hosting plan. Using OC 2.0.3.1 version with 3rd party template.

Facing issue: Site is not opening most of the times giving error 503 service unavailable or opening very slow.
Not done any major changes on site. Also contacted hosting provider but they inform this is site issue not the server issue.

To troubleshoot tried few fixes:
Try cloudflare with attack enabled mode.
Remove cache.
Optimize sql thru phpmyadmin.
Nothing works.

Searching for a reliable developer to look into this and fix this issue.

Thanks

Post it on the commercial support section of this forum, to a find a developer who can look into it. Without further details, it's anybody's guess of what exactly is going on with your website. The first thing to always do is to provide the entries from your server's error log.

What cache? We'd recommend installing OpenCart Lightning by MaxD.

You could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.

Ask the hosting company for traffic logs. It could be bots that are visiting too aggressively and hogging server resources.
