PayPal Checkout Integration extension not returning to success page

OC3.0.3.7 PHP7.03
I have the latest version of the PayPal Checkout Integration extension installed. Works very well. However, upon completing credit card payment it doesn't return to the success page (with option for customer to get to their downloads).
Any ideas how to resolve this please?

Try V3.0.2 of the PayPal extension.
