Categories with Subcategories

No Changes To htaccess, only took out the .txt

BRAND NEW INSTALL, NO NEW MODULE ADDED - Steps Taken To Resolve Issue: Search opencart forum with no luck, Emailed theme owner and was advised it was an opencart issue.

I'm trying to add categories with subcategories, and this is my issue.

(1) I added a category called Personal Lubricants (parent).
(2) I added a subcategory called Water Based Personal Lubricants (personal lubricants/water based personal lubricant).

I see the category and subcategory in the drop down menu, I clicked show All Personal Lubricants in the drop down menu and i see the subcategory (Water Based Personal Lubricants). But when i click on the link i see the product i added but it's in Personal Lubricants / Personal Lubricants, it should be in Personal Lubricants / Water Based Personal Lubricants. Sub categories do seem to be broken in version 4.0.2.3.

It does seem to be fixed in the latest code on GitHub.
