Custom Work - Grid and Product Detailed View Custom Field

I am looking for someone to do some custom work.

We are running OC 3.0.3.9 on PHP 8 with some existing customizations.

This request is to add a custom field to the product grid view along with the detailed view of a product. The custom field would display if a trigger word is contained within the product tag field for that item (we are open to other options other than the using the product tag to trigger, such as the MPN/ISBN/JAN/EAN/UPC fields containing a trigger character/phrase).

To maintain the grid view spacing, if there is no trigger word to cause the custom message to be displayed, a blank line would need to be inserted.

Coding for this must be in OCMod file(s).
