Hi there,

I have migrated my website from 2.3.0.3 to 3.0.3.9 because the provider is going to upgrade to php 8.1 and up.
All went well and had a nice clean error log.

When i put the site on php 8.1 i get the following error repeatedly

PHP Unknown: strpos(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($haystack) of type string is deprecated in /home/xxx/domains/pureandtimeless.nl/public_html/system/storagexxx/modification/catalog/model/tool/image.php on line 40

MAybe any of you knows how to troubleshoot this.

Thanks in advance

What modification modifies that image.php file?

/system/storagexxx/modification/
This part means it comes from an installed extension.

Will try and find out the module that changes it.

Or disable them one-by-one until the error goes away to find which one it was.

I had the same issue... switched to PHP 8 and it worked! I think its too early for PHP 8.1

Use the 3.0.x.x (will be 3.0.4.0 in future) https://github.com/opencart/opencart/tree/3.0.x.x and it will work (also with php 8.2.x) wihout any problems.
