Help with OpenCart Core Web Vitals, GA4 Tracking setup, Homepage and Footer Layout

Looking for paid help with various aspects of an OpenCart business eCommerce website.

1) Initially I want to try and improve the core web vitals of the site, so I am looking for help with the recommendation and installation/setup of an extension (help without an extension?) to help me get better results.

2) Next, I want to move onto setting up GA4 tag/code into website backend for one of the eCommerce purchases on a Looker Studio Dashboard. I have the dashboard setup. There are two eCommerce stores on one opencart install and I have it setup on the default store but having issues setting the tag up and tracking eCommerce purchases for the 2nd store. I have the GA4 properties setup, just need to link it properly to the store so it starts tracking things.

3) After this, Im looking for help to improve the layout of the website footer and main homepage layout. The whole setup was pretty poor before I started working with this business and I've improved things a good bit, so looking for some guidance on how to make it look better, layout, navigation. All time spent will be paid of course.

- I'm looking to complete these steps one at a time, not get everything done in one go. Maybe a week or so between each.
- Please PM with info/cost per hour, what you can help with and how soon you can get to work.
- I am looking to work with reliable, trustworthy opencart people. Fluent English is a must.

1) Removing the Journal theme and implementing custom tweaks can improve the Core Web Vitals of the site.
2) For the second store, you may need to create a separate GA4 property and integrate the tracking code accordingly.
