Our hosting account has been suspended due to the following problem
PHP Executions reached 75% of hosting plan capabilities. There are 51959 executions on index.php

We are on the shared hosting plan. Please can you suggest a fix?

Thanks

Hi!

I think is a bad restriction policy of your hosting provider. You can just move your site to another hosting without this bad practice.

Also, I recommend you reduce processor usage time by adding indexes to a database. For that, you may use the free indexer.php script from my extensions.

Also, I recommend you check slow SQL queries and optimize them.

OC 4.x releases also uses databases indexes and foreign keys. You may want to give it try.

Move to a better host (we do hosting).

You could try installing a caching extension - we've found this one is good lately:

We have moved to a new hoster and installed the cache extension, as Paul mentioned.

Thank you
