Okay, this should be simple. If you sell a product online. You have to be able to ship it. What shipping providers work with Opencart 4? When I contact the shipping companies, they all say they don't support Opencart 4. I figure most shipping software supports a spreadsheet import, but I can't seem to figure out how to export the data from Opencart! What am I missing? I can't seem to find a module that can export it and no built-in options.
Please tell me I don't have to type this stuff manually for every customer!

No OC version, but you need to search the marketplace.

JNeuhoff has an import/export module that will work with OC4
I have never used it myself but lots of people recommend it, not exactly what you want but might work if you find nothing else.

Yeah, I already have it. I came here after finding out that "orders" wasn't on the list of things to be exportedby mona wrote: ↑Wed Feb 21, 2024 1:21 pmNo OC version, but you need to search the marketplace.

OC 4.x doesn't have as many modules as 2.x or 3.x would.
In this case you might be able to adapt on from the 3.x version if you can find one in the marketplace. Or baring that you might be able to ask for one to be built in the commercial support forum: viewforum.php?f=88

Or maybe you could list which shipping company you are using so people might be able to help to find the right module for you.

I'm trying to get this stuff set up before I open. I am more than willing to switch companies if someone has something that works. At the moment, it will be PirateShip based on reviews. They have an open API and spreadsheet importer.
Surely, everyone using Opencart 4 is not manually entering every address. I just need to know what works so I can stop wasting my time talking to all these companies that advertise Opencart support and then say "No, not 4" when I'm ready to integrate.
I would venture to guess most people are not using OC4. But my advice is the same. There probably isn't any extension for OC 4 that does the export of order data to import into pirateship. I played with one for OC 2.3.0.2 a year ago that just exported orders into a spreadsheet but I can't remember what extension it was since my needs are satisfied by paypal to shipstation and don't really need any other.Uudruid74 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 22, 2024 2:36 amI'm trying to get this stuff set up before I open. Have you searched the marketplace to see if there is any that you can contact the author to update to OC 4 OR that you might be able to update?

Yes, when I signed up for Opencart, it was not labelled as being Beta software and most of the modules are marked as being compatible with Opencart 4.x.x.x. Apparently, someone at Opencart decided to mark all the modules as compatible even when they aren't. This led me to have a radically incorrect idea of the state of Opencart. However, I need to get the store open ASAP.Cue4cheap wrote: ↑Thu Feb 22, 2024 2:57 amI would venture to guess most people are not using OC4. But my advice is the same. The Opencart store is NOT helpful. I need to know what people are actually using on Opencart 4 to make this work.
You have still not said which OC4 you are using or which country you are in which is not helping yourself.
Have you checked the marketplace like I suggested above?
Maybe this?

Alternatively you can go to the commercial section, find something for OC3 and have it converted?
