In top main menu there are category links, as well as 3 links which are "Specials" - "Information" - "Customer Service" these 3 links i can not remove or disable.
I have also checked in the header.tpl to see any clues to remove them, but no luck, i would like some help on this.

If it is not hard coded and it is not a vQmod then it must be an extension or maybe you created it as a category.
Maybe there will be a clue if you provide a link to your site.
