Is there any step by step tutorial on downgrading from opencart 4 to 3?
I really have some issues with opencart 4 which I can't seem to get solved, also some local payment plugins that are just not compatible.
I also talked to the company that provides a plugin for opencart 3, but said they won't support opencart 4 anymore.
I want to downgrade to opencart 3 again.
What is the best way to do this?

About downgrading is basicly just deleting everything present and then reupload/install a fresh version of opencart 3.x.x.x?
There is a free import/export tool from JNeuhoff in the marketplace. Virus has already provided you with the link.
I have never used it myself, but it is apparently very good.
If you can use Myphpadmin it is simple enough to do manually.
