Hi have multistore, with stores for retail and wholesale, however, wholesale customers will login into either store and place orders as the pricing is set by their customer group but their orders are split on both stores, is there anyway orders can be combined i.e. displayed either according to customer id, email and/or customer group. Since you are using the Journal3 framework, and not the OpenCart framework, you should post it on the commercial support section of this forum, to find a professional developer who can do it as a paid job.

thank you for replying but not sure why it would be a theme issue as it relates to multistore setup. orders placed on the wholesale store can only be seen if logged into that store, etc so combining them is would be db related surely?

To summarise, Journal is not *just* a theme, it's an entire OpenCart framework which changes a huge amount of things. So it could well be Journal-related.
Does the same problem occur on a fresh install without Journal?
