First of all, you posted it in the wrong forum section.
Anyway, don't use the upgrade function, it will cause problems in most cases. Do a fresh install of your new OpenCart 3.0.3.9 and then re-install your theme and all your other extensions. Chances are that your 3.0.3.8 extensions will work just fine on 3.0.3.9, unless some of them have specific PHP-8 issues. Finally, you can copy your product data over to your new OC 3.0.3.9 using the free Export/Import tool.
