Problems with Journal 3 WebP conversion module

Hello guys, first take my apologizes for writing about problems with Journal theme, but my support time has ended before 1 month and i'm trying to fix this from 1 week with no success. I'm trying to use the WebP conversion plugin, which is integrated in the Journal 3 performance optimiser, but it shows me the following error:

The website is www.obui.bg . I'm using Opencart 3.0.3.8 . Can someone give me advice about fixing this? When i turn off the module, the website is all good.

Check you are not missing any files, especially in the vendor-composer directory.
