No payments options are available on checkout

Using 3.0.3.7
Default template.
Extensions include customer groups price by extension bazaar.
Cart Button check, adds tick to add button.

Pressing continue after billing details now throws an error that there is no payment options. There are two, Cash on Delivery and Free Checkout.
It was all working but, after a few days away from it, it doesnt want to play !
Where should I be looking ?

Have you set the order total for both of those?

COD is set to 0.01 and Free Checkout has no option to set a total that I can see.

Most likely you store is loosing sessions. OpenCart is well know for awful session management both at front-end and back-end. You can add a workaround for this particular issue, but it requires some coding skills. This workaround will kinda "resets" payment methods session data.

I have cleared caches etc., reloaded the payment options of COD and Free Checkout yet it still says no payment options available.
What file would be causing this if I had been commenting out something or using someone's guidance in changing something ?
I was probably trying to bypass the need for selecting a payment option.

Thanks for the swift reply.
Pressure at work with 3 off with covid meant I cut corners and didn't make regular backups. Madness I know. I do daily backups with our main accounts software too.

Assuming I added some code in an attempt to negate selecting a payment option and it fails as soon as I click the continue button to move on from billing details...
Where do I look, Catalogue, Admin or system ?

COD and Free Checkout are selected in Extensions / Payments but no selectable options show once billing button is clicked.

I found a backup from late Feb which worked fine.
After running it, I noticed delivery details and delivery method were being offered. Both were not present on my bugged version.

Thanks for all the effort from people here.
I'll regard this as resolved now.
If I find what I did, I will post it here for others to be wary of !

Check the product shipping options. If 'Requires Shipping: No' then the COD won't be available in the checkout.
