No payment methods

OpenCart Version (4.0.2.3)
Used Template/Theme(Default)
I have installed and enabled "Bank transfer", "Cash on Delivery", "Free Checkout". None of them show up when I try to choose payment methods.
When I click "Choose" button, "Payment address required!" appears.

Enter Personal Details then hit Continue. After this Payment can be selected

On the checkout should be only one button.....but no :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
