Carnt add reviews in front end ( SOLVED)

Hi, i have a live store on 4023 for the last few months, recently enabled reviews but on the front end when i review is written it does not save or display the review , ive tried also enabling guest reviews and same issue.
It does however in admin let me manually add a review and then it displays on the product in the front end as it should?

Any clues to what could be causing this
