Admin login problem

after login to admin panel in opencart 4.0.2.3 fire fox show this page in attachment:

Check both your PHP and OpenCart error logs. Also check your web browser's developer console.

No it doesn't, that's a developer console. What does it actually show? And why hide the URL so we can't actually look for you?
