Does anyone have any idea if such option table module has been developed for opencart 4.0?

In the example site there is no option "Buy", its like cataloged mode.
Its very important when click on the models (first column) to pop up a window (link above).
I want to have an option to buy any from products in the table with an additional column where you can put qty and then Add to cart: https://ibb.co/sbVy6fX

Well, you're in the wrong place, your Shop Software has nothing to do with Opencart.
