Is there an extension that let the first option be selected as the default option and shows the value and price of the selected option in category, product, quick view as the website below?

I am looking for an extension that displays the value of that option to the right of the product name or option name when an option is changed. I also want the price to change when the options change.
Do you know such an extension?
1. displays the value of that option require onchange javascript to update innerText and custom work on your theme, no ready made extension.
