Variation of Internal search spam issue. How to block?

There are 1000s of search spam links showing up in my google search console. Spam links are crawled and index in gsc. When clicked on the link it simply redirects to homepage. Below is the link showing up in gsc, there are 1000s of such

You are using the Journal2 framework, not a proper OpenCart system, hence you should ask the Journal support on how to make its framework more secure.

Look at them in the search console and see what it says the "Referring page" is for them. It may be you site or a external site.
