Looking for OC Develooper / Expert help ........

This seems like a great forum with lots of great information.
That being said, I am looking for help with two issues I am currently facing on my website, I am new to OC so that is why I need the help.

1. Looking to implement new online shipping options for customers that are coming into force now.
2. Having issues with implementing Google Tag, looking for help with this matter also.

Anyone that can help, let me know I can PM so we can discuss further.
Looking for help from someone that can help me sort these issues fast and without issue.
No issue paying for help to get these items sorted.
If things work out well, there will be lots more help I will need with OC, so it will be an ongoing thing.
