I have a working live site running on 3.0.3.2

My host is forcing an upgrade to PHP8 so, after reading various forum posts, I decided to upgrade to the 3.0.x.x maintenance release as this is supposed to support PHP8, correct?

I copied my working site into a local Ubuntu installation in WSL2, adjusted paths in the config files, etc.
The local installation is still running PHP7, I have not attempted the PHP upgrade yet.
I upgraded locally with the 3.0.x.x maintenance release downloaded as a .zip from https://github.com/opencart/opencart/tr ... aintenance
The home page comes up OK as localhost in Windows Chrome and the admin page logon works. I can see up-to-date customers and orders, etc., in the dashboard, so I believe the export from the live site and import to local site (including the DB) was OK.

The live site has a customized header and footer, created by editing the twig files in the theme editor.
In both the live site and local site I see exactly the same theme history in the theme editor, i.e., common/footer and common/menu have the same changes applied. I believe these changes are stored in the DB, correct? So, again, the DB export/import seems to be OK.

The problem is that the local site is missing the header and footer customization.

There are no errors in the error log.

Does anyone have any ideas what has gone wrong?

Oops. I forgot to do Admin > Extensions > Modifications and click Refresh.

Theme edits now appear :)
