I do a restore in maintenance for everything from a CSV file no errors, says successfully uploaded but theres nothing anywhere/.>

3.0.3.8 and the updated 3.0.3.8 that is called the maintenance version are basically the same but add PHP 8.x support.
So whatever you have going on please spell it out.

The backups of data, only want customers, products categories etc are not compatible, i cant import or restore due to the compatibility between data and structure, i was wondering when this massive change happened?
The reason is VIVA wallet extension only works from version 3.*.*.*

The issue you're experiencing has nothing to do with a previous OC or the maintenance branch version. However, if the extension you're using is causing issues with the fact the data don't match, please contact the extension developer of the extension directly to resolve this issue.
