Most Stable Version of OpenCart

Any subject matter experts that can tell me what the most stable version of OC is and also allows the user to do the following without buying extensions?

USPS shipping
Paypal checkout

The PayPal checkout module also will be out of date (including a security issue), so you will need to download the latest from the marketplace.

ADD Creative is correct on all accounts. The PHP 8.0-compatible version of 3.0.3.8 is the current best version to use:

You'll want to download the latest PayPal Checkout from the marketplace, since it's newer than the one that comes built-in.

I couldn't get 3.0.3.8 to run correctly on anything but PHP 7.3.

I've not run into any issues with the USPS extension for v.3.0.3.8

You need the maintenance changes from GitHub for compatibility with later versions of PHP.
