PayPal Commerce Platform Not Permission To Access

OC v 3.0.3.8
I am trying to install and connect to PayPal Commerce Platform module.
Install went ok - connected to PayPal to add my account ok.
Error message at top of module "You do not have permission to access or perform operations on this resource. "
I am logged in is admin.

Your PayPal account credentials don't have the correct permissions. You could try recreating them or contact PayPal support.

I have tried removing and generating api credentials but still the same error.
What is the best OC Extention to try ?
I'm using the latest PayPal Checkout Integration

The latest version can be found in the marketplace. It was recently renamed to PayPal Checkout Integration.

If you are using the latest and still get the errors there is a get support button on the extension page or you could contact PayPal.
