I'm posting now, but I'll have to come back later today to see any responses.

My version of OpenCart is very old -- 1.4.8. I was shocked today to get an order from China, a country I don't ship to. When I go into the Localization submenu under System, I am getting "page not found" errors for most of the categories -- Countries, Zones, Geozones, Tax Classes. Since setting up OpenCart, I have moved to a new hosting company (years ago) which moved my site for me, including the database. I never go into those menus/categories, so I didn't know there was a problem. This seems to be a database issue, since that info was in the database at my old hosting company. How can I restore those pages?

I'll return later. Thank you.

By restoring your database backup that your host should normally have created prior to move the content to your new location. In addition, while your OC version is, indeed, pretty old; you'd need to highly consider the possibility to upgrade your store to the latest OC v3x release or OC v4x releases with at least PHP 8.2 version or above.

You maybe missing some files. If you can find a clear download of that version or an old backup check you are not missing any files on your server. Especially in admin/controller/localisation.

straightlight, if I restore an old database, I'll lose changes I have made to the products, no?

Good suggestion, ADD. I'll try that. I haven't dealt with those files in ages. I'm gradually selling off my stuff to go out of business.

That is why a database should never be old.
