On this website I am using OC3031.
The Forgotten Password reset page sends a message that all texts are in one line and the link has no hyperlink.
here is the message:
A new password was requested for Bachata Kiss customer account.To reset your password click on the link below:https://bachatakiss.co.uk/index.php?rou ... kPAAvPEThe IP used to make this request was:92.27.XXX.XX
How can I make it look cleaner?

It used to be a bug, before. Nowadays, this issue has been rectified. You just need to upgrade your store to the latest release.

What version of PHP are you using? PHP 7.4 and above will have issues with the version of Twig in older versions of OpenCart. See. viewtopic.php?t=210652#p803802

I am using English OpenCart 3.0.3.8, Default Template/Theme, php 7.4, Latest Brave Browser (No Ads-Blocker, etc.)
If you ever plan to move up to PHP v.8.x, this modified/upgraded OC v.3.0.3.1 from condor2 could be a usable Solution for you:
