installing 1.02 Step 2 database setup error

I installing the 1.02 version of open cart and it has stalled on step2  when asked for the database info it tells me it doesn't exsist.
I've stopped and gone back in the cpanel and created another one and same result

be sure you add a user account to the database as well.
