Is there safe way to Reduce Size of customer_login table in database

Using Opencart 3.0.3.2
I noticed my customer_login (oc_customer_login) table has become very large with over 30,000 rows.
Is it safe to delete these records in customer_login?

For a database that isn't really very large.

All it does is to record the number of login attempts for a customer, this is usable for rejecting customers when they try to do too many failed account login attempts.

I backed up my database and the size was 25 MB? That is why I was concerned and was looking for some tables I could reduce in size.
Is that size database OK?
