I Get this error code!

It would be helpful to post more information, such as your OpenCart version and PHP version. If you didn't make any changes to your site, check with your host in case they changed something such as the PHP version.

You most likely did an upgrade to OC 3.0.3.8 and failed to do it correctly, because there is no reference to Twig_Environment in the file system/library/template/twig.php. Rather, it now uses something like this:

$twig = new \Twig\Environment($loader, $config);
