Install version 1564 on PHP 7.4

Hi, Im trying install 1.5.6.4 version in my hostinger account but it say PHP version is too high, screenshot of install screen is in attachement.
I wass try insert this code in htaccess without success, please help

Better install the latest 1.5.6.5_rc Version, it has been released by OC, but not officially published anymore, and famous Coder (Github) condor2 (OC-Forum) xxvirusxx updated it slightly, to work with latest PHP v.7.4.x:

I wass try 1.5.6.5_rc and it show same problem, but bnit.it mcrypt encryption replacement for opencart 1.5.6.4 PHP7 (from marketplace) solve problem.
