Browser Cookies have to be cleared to allow login

Hi,
We have used Open Cart 2.3.0.2 for a number of years without any issue - it just works.
Lately we have started to experience login issues.
When you try to login via the admin or a normal shop user it does not log you in, but presents you with the login page again. I have had lots reports from users about this.
The only way to get the logins working again is to clear the browser cookie, this is regardless of browser, whether using a laptop, phone, the behaviour is the same.
The cleared cookie will work for a while, across sessions and then all of a sudden stop working again.

Anyone have any idea as to why this has started to happen?

What theme and extensions are you using? What version of PHP? Have you check both the PHP and OpenCart error logs?

Sounds like a session issue on your server, perhaps ask your web host to take a look.
