Unable to see guest orders

Hi all,

I'm using Opencart v2.3.0.2. At the admin orders page, I can only see registered customer's orders, but not able to see guest orders. When I check in phpmyadmin, it is indeed saved in the database. Any idea where should I check?

Do you see them if you filter your orders for missing orders?

What theme and extensions are you using?

Are you sure they're real paid orders?
