I have created a new theme but the .css has started taking ages to show a change. I have cleared the cache and checked that the correct .css is being used in both system/settings and in developer mode in the front end. I keep hitting Ctrl f5 but nothing. It's taking around 30 minutes to show a change even after clearing my cache. Can anybody point me in the right direction as to what is wrong?
