Custome Mod Needed for product page

I am looking for a custom mod for the product page.
What i need is a button so my customers can order a free sample of any of the products on my site.
It would have to limit it to only 3 items per sample order and it would have to be set to one price for all 3 items as they only pay 4.99 for the shipping.

Each sample would have to include the product name and code.

How would you like to identify if a product is sample product or not? Adding additional 'sample' button next to 'add to cart' button?

Since it's using the same cart, so user can order normal product and sample product at the same time (combined) right? so the shipping fee will also be calculated for both.

I give samples for every tile we sell but no sample for the baths etc.

Just thinking about it is there a way of getting it to call info from another product etc or making another control file.

What I mean by this would be.

You would have to make a new product or control file.
Set it so that when you click the sample button it calls the name of the product but adds sample tile in front of it.
Then it calls the price of the other product that would be £0 instead of the product on the page the customer is on.

It also calls the weight of the other product.
That way the customer would be able to add a full box and a sample tile of the same item but one would say sample tile in front of it.

Also I can set it up in the delivery weight to be £4.99 for delivery for orders 1.5kg.
So if the customer added a full box the delivery would go to normal but if it’s only samples then it would only cost them £4.99.

This would mean it’s easy to use with any new version of open cart.
All in all it would mean that a second controller file would be made or just code the first one and the product page to call other information when the button is clicked.

I have got it to add text like this before but I don’t know how to get it to call the price.
