Opencart already uses a responsive web theme which should work with any screen sizes, including cell phones.

I think you mean "Smart Phone" unless you're talking about WAP.

As others have said, since version 2 it has been mobile friendly.

Can you point me in the direction to get a responsive web theme? Are they easy to install?
