[UPDATED] Extra Product Pages

- NOTE: The page URLs now use "page" instead of "list" because "List" is a reserved PHP word. You will need to update the URLs on your site to the new format if you update the extension to this version.

- Added: compatibility with OpenCart 4.0.0.x - 4.0.1.x
- Added: directions in the instructions.txt file on how to make the product page accessible for "Coming Soon" products

- Fixed: product total miscounts when hiding out of stock products

- Updated: removed a line that wasn't working for Journal 3 compatibility

- Updated: the extension will now show as "Enabled" in the Modules list
- Updated: replaced the built-in OpenCart functions with custom ones since OpenCart 4.0 does not include all of the functions
