my customers who have gmail are not receiving any notification regarding the status of the order. When I tried it the e-mail was marked as spam.
Do you have any idea?

Try using an online email deliverability checker such as www.mail-tester.com to check. This should tell you why an email might be marked as spam.
Thank you. I tried it. And it writes that my domain does not have a SPF record and also DMAC record.
