DNS issues and cloudflare and missconfiguration

So my store stopped working for no reason, tsohost are not helpful anymore since they removed telephone support.. here is a link to my post outlining the issues i am having, need it fixed asap and happy to pay for the work, its a simple issue but beyond my comprehension.

my opencart version is 3.0.2.0 i cant get into my admin panel so i cant list the extensions, they are just postage and packing and royal intergration extensions.
My store is a unique set up that i dont want messed up... basically two stores, one the customer sees when they are purchasing and then then when they check out it is done on the other store, that store is what the payment processor see... they dont like words like modded or upgraded leds etc etc
