Shipping Insurance Addon issue

Hi,
I purchased the Shipping Insurance mod from Qphoria recently and have it all working great but I've somehow changed something so that on the Checkout Confirmation page where you select Yes or No for Insurance instead of it just saying "Insurance" it says "ArrayInsurance". I've been through all the associated files and re-uploaded the insurance files and mods a couple of times now and I just can't find where I've changed something to cause this to happen. I hope this makes sense and someone can help me out - I've started to run in circles a bit now. I am running Opencart v1.4.8b.

That was fixed yesterday but I may have forgotten to upload the fix.

EDIT: catalog/view/theme/YOURTHEME/template/checkout/confirm.tpl

FIND:
<?php echo $this->load->language('total/insurance'); ?>

REPLACE WITH:
<?php $this->load->language('total/insurance'); ?>
