Requirement to build new site away from Shopify on to OpenCart

Hello.

We need to build a new site for ECommerce from the ground up.
* Tried Shopify - dissatisfied.
* Retail client with 8 physical stores + warehouse.
* Needs commercial online store put up, credit card integration (MID available) and warehouse management.

Required skills:
* Besides OpenCart. Good LAMP
* Graphical design & Webmaster for the site only.

Provisions
* High spec VM's will be provided.
* All product imagery & text associated with it.

Notes
Full spec document available to suitable candidate or team.
Work would need to start within the next two weeks.
