config.php

Hello,

I have just downloaded the latest install version 7.8 and noticed that the config.php file in both the root directory and the admin directory have nothing in them ie. 0 bites. I have downloaded it a few times to confirm. I am assuming it is meant to have something in it? What is the go?

EDIT: Never mind, I see it is meant to be empty and my FTP software didn't like uploading empty files. All is good now.
