Does anyone have any information as to why some orders go into the missing orders area in opencart 3 admin - ie an order doesn't go through?
Our client gets a lot of those and is losing customers as a result. Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening?
Many thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for the quick reply. here do I find the version? The site is https://www.braggsschoolwear.co.uk
How do I configure it correctly? Some orders do come through correctly, so what's causing the issue, do you know?
Many thanks for the help!
The version can be found in your OC admin footer from all pages. As for the orders, sometimes, coming through correctly, which payment extension module are you using?stevez wrote: ↑Wed Apr 20, 2022 10:55 pmHi Straightlight,

In order to find out why some of your payments are failing would be to take a look at the order history logs as well as setting your debug mode to: On in your Worldpay Online Payments extension from the OC admin. For that, I would suggest to set your store under temporary maintenance in your OC admin > systems > settings > edit settings > server tab form. Lastly, to test a payment transaction with Sandbox mode if Worldpay provides this possibility.

In your OC admin > sales > orders > action > down arrow menu of the related order from the orders list.

It would be in the view link for the orders. As for the debug mode, you may need to turn it on to test your transactions in the meantime.

Often happens when the callback from the gateway can't get back to your website, often because of firewall rules at your host.
