On version 3.0.3.7 and using the paypal commerce platform extension. The shipping is not being charged when customers pay with paypal.
What theme and other extensions are you using?

currently using revo theme. As far as I know currently using the latest version of whatever was included with the original opencart
The version of the PayPal Commerce Platform extension included with OpenCart is not the latest. You need to download the version from the marketplace.
ok I downloaded and installed the latest. I'm assuming I just go through installer, upload the latest version, then go to modifications and refresh?
